Fabulous.

Great bed frame for a great price. Really stable and good quality frame and boards. Delivered to the store and the staff very kindly helped me put the boxes in my car.

The item I bought came as flat pack which was not what I expected so when I contacted the shop the manager was most helpful and offered to come to my house and put it together for me. He arrived the next evening and kindly sorted everything out very quickly. Would recommend the futon shop to everyone.

We love the sofa, it was fun putting it together. Good simple clear instructions which were definitely helped by the staff member running through the instructions in store. He highlighted the potential mistakes that may have happened!

Humans answer the phone.no musak. Once the phone was not answered but it was end of day and they got back to me with an email within hours (IE out of hours technically)offering to hear more about (a delivery potential snafu mostly me not understanding terms like dispatch etc).
