Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. Had great service from Roman at the Solihull branch. They were out of stock for an oak desk but I needed it that weekend so he found one at another branch & organised the collection. Also, when collecting some cushions & discovering the delivery bay blocked he brought them to my car - in the sleety rain!...

I discovered Futon about a year ago and since then we have bought a few different things: a bar table for our kitchen, a shoe rack and a basket.
