The website is easy to use . More importantly the quality of the product is excellent. The packaging is very good with no damage to the sofa bed at all . Love this company, their products are solid, easy to build, well made and with a great design. I bought two sofa beds from them, leaning cabinets, ledge tables and other stuff. Our cabinet arrived in shop on the correct date and was ready for collection. Assembly instructions were clear and although it took a good couple of hours to assemble, we now have a lovely cabinet. Very pleased with it.

Communication and delivery were both very good.
Unfortunately I had to return the side tables, one was slightly damaged & they didn't really fit our space.
The return process was quick & easy, the money was back in my account 2 days after it was picked up.
