Bought a bed in a bag and carried it across London on the bus..surprisingly lightweight. So I was very pleased that the mattress is very comfortable so definitely good for my granddaughter staying over, and I might use it myself at a festival or two . ????

Great customer service at the Sheffield store and online, delivery communication also very good. The bed is really nice and looks fab in the space. We added the long bolster, which looks great, but bought in store so we could see the colours better.

Excellent , knowledgeable and friendly service at the Bristol shop. Lovely two seater sofa which easily converts into single bed. Very comfortable!
To put it together though was a nightmare….

Good value and quality product. Easy to order online and collect in store. Store staff very helpful. Installation a little fiddly but overall no issues. Very comfy sofa.

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. I was in need of a futon to cover as temporary sofa now and for a guest bed in the future. Great product. Finally a sofa bed that's comfy as a sofa and a bed. Build quality seems good so far (1 month in). I have it permanently with one arm down like a day-bed, super comfy to lounge on and decent occasional bed option for guests.
