Website advises order will take 3-5 days. Once purchased, advised it will be almost a month before delivery. It is for a birthday.
I have rung their contact number 4 times without anyone picking up, and had no responses to emails yet.
Update: They have now made contact and agreed to send out several...

I am happy of the quality of the double Futon bed, and managed to assemble it on my own.
Delivery was on schedule. The driver and assistant kindly carried the bed components to a first floor room. They were polite and helpful.
Very pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The lady in the shop was very helpful. I paid for the furniture and within a few days it was delivered.
When I go back to Cambridge I will definitely go there again .

Probably the best customer service experience I've ever experienced.
Adam answered every possible question for a variety of products amd helped us find exactly what we needed.
Not to mention to angelic patience to keep a smile around out feral children.

Advice in shop was very good and staff very friendly.
Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.

From ordering through to assembly the experience was good. We collected a double sofa bed from the Plymouth store. The person managing the store helped us load the 40kg box into our camper.
