Really pleased with my smart computer/office chair that doesn't look like an office chair! No wheels but a stylish swivel that allows the seat to move smoothly around. I was informed of the product arrival. I had a good four days to collect from store. Very helpful woman behind till and advice giver around shop. Shop is like an Aladdin’s cave of lovely products.

Beautiful piece of furniture. Well made and solid oak. Delivered when said and to room requested. No difficulties assembling. Very comfortable as sofa and bed. Happy customer. Sofa not in sale but worth it as will last for years. Would recommend.

We recently bought two Butterfly Folding Chairs from Futon Company and we absolutely love them.
They’re incredibly comfortable and spacious, making them perfect for relaxing in our terrace. We also love how easy they are to move around, so we can follow the sun or switch to the shade whenever we like....

Item delivered within timescale. Unfortunately there were chips on some of the parts. Contacted Futon and they replied immediately advising they would send replacement parts. Futon now assembled and very happy with this and customer service

I purchased a Drift daybed in January 2026.
I am very pleased with the quality of the product & the delivery was prompt & efficient.
