I only bought some replacement parts for a Futon, but they were easy to find on the website, easy to order and came quickly. I thought the price, including P&P was reasonable. The Futon is now back in action - with some additional spares, just in case!

Beautiful furniture, superbly made. They combine functional and beautiful brilliantly. Their space saving pieces are ingenious, and even their larger ones, such as drop leaf dining tables, are fantastic. Very reasonably priced too.

I made a shortlist online. I then visited the Muswell Hill branch. The friendly staff helped me decide which wardrobe had the best features for my situation. I bought a dining table and chairs from the Futon Company and was very impressed so I went back to them for bedside tables and a ladder shelf. Really sturdy and look great. Took a few hours to put all three together but no drama. Would recommend

Mirage king size bed frame is excellent quality.
Assembly was easy because all parts of the frame and all supporting struts were strong and so perfectly aligned.

Bed side table came with missing parts. Contact with customer service was excellent very swift to respond Cambridge store have been great with taking over. Part have been sent out swiftly. Great service. Very happy with the with the product and my experience with customer service and the store.

Excellent delivery service. Called a few days ahead to schedule a convenient time. Delivery drivers were friendly and professional.
