The unit i purchased had some damage to one of the doors. I had a prompt response from Futon and they had a replacement sent out to me shortly after.
The quality isn't the best, but the customer service is top notch.

Staff at point of sale are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
The quality of the futon is superb.
I love that it is all cotton, a natural fibre.
Very comfortable to sit on.

Recommend! We bought a moonrise double standard bed base. The quality of the surface and wood itself is really great, and visually lightweight which is great for small space. Setting it up was also easy, just a few screw hold didn’t match 100% accurately but still works fine. Would definitely recommend....

The item I bought came as flat pack which was not what I expected so when I contacted the shop the manager was most helpful and offered to come to my house and put it together for me. He arrived the next evening and kindly sorted everything out very quickly. Would recommend the futon shop to everyone.

Only second time shopping here first in shopped in the solihull shop, second on line and both experiences really good.
Well made items of furniture and like the choice.

Great products and delivery service was excellent. Took a long time from order to dispatch although I bought things in sale they weren't dispatched until rest of order was ready by which time some items were unavailable. A scaled delivery charge would be good too, get charged same for delivery of soft...
