Small household item ordered from Exeter store for London branch due to no in stock in their store at the time. Ordered efficiently with great customer focus and a picked up in London no problem. Love the products with extensive range of colours to choose from. Excellent customer service from informed staff at both the Chiswick and Tottenham Court Road branches. Delivery very timely. Futon so comfy and the side tables are lovely.

I've just remembered, ????, we divided the customer service and delivery with a courier, customer service was clearly an equal split between light and heavy work, on the bright side, this friendly service are ready with bags if needs be, some items are easier to negotiate, home, in small bags, overall...
