Always excellent service at the Futon Company. Ordered online and collected at store everything was ready without any fuss. And it was but one get one half price. I’ve shopped there for years in Norwich and I will probably shop there for years to come too.

Gorgeous round table. Perfect size for my conservatory and good quality oak. Looks brilliant and very practical. So many dining tables are huge but this one is perfect for one or two people and would still seat 4 if necessary. Very easy to put together and delivered promptly

There were a few issues with the online order and delivery. These were dealt with by Lisa, store manager at the Edinburgh Lothian road shop.

Great customer service at the Sheffield store and online, delivery communication also very good. The bed is really nice and looks fab in the space. We added the long bolster, which looks great, but bought in store so we could see the colours better.

My 70+ family members loved this tatami, we've bought three to make it a slightly bigger super king size, and put on a 10cm thick foam mattress topper and it went like the best night they ever had, one of them have serious scoliosis. Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.
