The item I bought came as flat pack which was not what I expected so when I contacted the shop the manager was most helpful and offered to come to my house and put it together for me. He arrived the next evening and kindly sorted everything out very quickly. Would recommend the futon shop to everyone.

We have bought 6 pieces recently from The Futon Company. I have had excellent service from all the staff I have dealt with.
The quality of the wooden furniture we have bought is excellent, & so hard to find these days.

Very good product that seems strong and comfortable. It was pretty easy to construct, too. Everything arrived on time as expected, and communication from the company was good. Most of all, though, the product (a single futon chair), is nicely designed and comfortable.

The Lofa Sofa futon was delivered very fast and with care. The item is exactly as described, made of very good materials and super practical. It is also very comfortable to sleep or sit on, depending how you use it. I love the fact that it has got straps to hold it together when not in use, it holds...

Items ordered were delivered to store for collection on time and the items were easy to build and looked great and exactly as online! Very happy with the purchase they look stunning as narrow bed side tables to fit a small gap which is very hard to find
