The shop in Norwich is lovely and when looking at the window display you get drawn in like a magnet. Really friendly shop assistants and generally very welcoming. There are so many nice things for the home at very competitive prices. I highly recommend as I keep going back.

Have the sofa bed set up for about 1.5 weeks now, so far I'm happy. Quality is good so far, real wood.
Only when I assembled it by myself, I found it a bit hard, I was about to give up cos the fishbones were so difficult to put together. Then I tried again and did it! Instruction pictures were not toooo...

Great experience in the shop, all explained and demonstrated
Delivery was exceptional as had to rearrange but the guys were at our door at 07:30 on delivery day
If I had the need I would buy more!

I am very pleased with the side table I ordered - it is just what I needed beside the sofa.i am delighted with the quality. Delivery was quick and I was able to assemble the table fairly easily. There was no tracking however or updated delivery communication and the parcel was left outside my door.

Great screen , can’t believe it’s a perfect match with one we bought twenty years ago ! We stupidly got rid of the second one when moving house a few years ago , hence had to buy this one !

The purchase online was easy to achieve. When I called to pick up my futon the lady at the store was extremely helpful and she assisted me in loading up my purchase into my vehicle, and gave good advice concerning extra purchases to enhance what I bought. Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. Great product. Finally a sofa bed that's comfy as a sofa and a bed. Build quality seems good so far (1 month in). I have it permanently with one arm down like a day-bed, super comfy to lounge on and decent occasional bed option for guests.
