We went to the Sheffield branch so we could try the sofas before purchasing. Vivienne was very helpful and informed us if all the information we needed. We went home and made our order. Delivery was great apart from being very early. We were still in bed. I think it would have been good to get a call...

Staff at the Bristol store are so helpful and friendly, both on the phone and in person. The pieces we bought are beautifully designed and well made. We expect they will last too, based on our experience with a Futon Shop bed which we bought in the Oxford store back in 2002 and which is still in perfect...

Brilliant bed, solid, sturdy, smells nice (of fresh wood). And the combination with tatami mats is just to die for! This is so so comfortable. Couldn't be happier!

I’ve always wanted to purchase from this company, but couldn’t decide on what to buy, as there are so many quality items! The items that I received quickly, were easy to build and fit where I need it. The most important thing for me is that the table and open wardrobe can be easily stored away.

I am happy of the quality of the double Futon bed, and managed to assemble it on my own.
Delivery was on schedule. The driver and assistant kindly carried the bed components to a first floor room. They were polite and helpful.
Very pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Shop staff (Sheffield store) were really helpful in guiding me through the options available. But it took me ages to wrangle the futon into its cover on my own, possibly easier if there are two of you!
