Had a problem with Futon, popped into store, sent some Photos replacement authorised very quickly. Replacement arrived within a few days. The team at York were brilliant as they always are.

Good experience and sustainable product

It was good. The delivery however took 2 weeks which seemed like quite a long time but possibly understandable. I like the product because it is made of cotton not plastic and has recycled materials. So I am grateful for that.

Solid and well made

Solid, very good quality storage stool. This is the first time I have bought anything from the Futon company and i'm happy with the item (Bay Storage Stool). Much better quality that other products at a similar price.
