Rosie in the Guildford store is brilliant. I first bought a table and chairs from her last year and have returned to the branch to buy other items many times since. The service is always excellent, all the staff very knowledgable and the products are really good value for money.

Riikka was very helpful.and informative in the East Sheen store and instilled confidence in the Trundle bed and futon sets we bought. Follow up process was smooth and quick, and the two man delivery team were also exceptionally efficient.

No issues through out. The bed was easy to put together and very comfy.
