I bought a small oak table which is perfect for our small house. However, we are both elderly persons and I was worried about assembling and lifting it. Bed side table came with missing parts. Contact with customer service was excellent very swift to respond Cambridge store have been great with taking over. Part have been sent out swiftly. Great service. Very happy with the with the product and my experience with customer service and the store.

Love my furniture that I bought from the futon shop. I found it a bit of a challenge putting it together but I got help and it was fine????.
I found our local futon shop a delightful place to shop and the staff were really helpful and courteous .

Furniture was well built and reasonably priced. Delivered on time, we had 1 fault with 1 piece of furniture but it was soon remedied with no problem. Would be happy to buy from them again
