These are seriously quality pieces of furniture. Lovely wood with a great sheen and the two different styles really complement each other. Easy to assemble and they look fantastic in a small space. In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

The service at the futon company was great.
In the delivery process one of the item was missing. When I required about it the staff was so good that they dispatched the item without any problems.

I bought a Oak Bordeaux folding table. The wood was very good. Also, I think the instructions should have been more detailed because I was a little confused when setting up the table.

Table arrived as stated one screw was faulty but on informing futon replacement was sent quickly so I could finish building the table very happy with purchase

Great customer service
Bought the trundle bed in February and couple of niggles were resolved by Prisca in customer support with great patience - she is a really good ambassador for the company. I am very pleased with the trundle bed: it is perfect for our extremely small spare room for 2 of the grandchildren...
