Small household item ordered from Exeter store for London branch due to no in stock in their store at the time. Ordered efficiently with great customer focus and a picked up in London no problem. Bought a ladder dressing table, which is great quality and is really well designed for a small space. There was a slight defect with the mirror and customer services (Rosie) couldn’t have been more helpful. Sent a replacement out really swiftly and so all resolved very quickly.
