This is the first time I have used this company to order from and I was pleasently surprised. I was kept informed by email at each stage of my order and on the final email on dispatch I was given the tracking number so I could see where my order was. Love this company, their products are solid, easy to build, well made and with a great design. I bought two sofa beds from them, leaning cabinets, ledge tables and other stuff. I ordered it quite late one evening and it arrived the next day. Fabulous service, the driver even helped me up the stairs with it. I had a futon from you previously and was worried that a new one would be too much of a change. How wrong I was, I’ve slept like a child ever since it arrived.

Absolutely great. Thrilled to bits as I have been looking for another plant manger to match the one bought years ago. It was no dearer than my first purchase and delivery free and next day.

really like the furniture they sell. My dog wrecked one of the chair cushions. I emailed futon and was able to order replacements. Great customer service that makes me consider getting more futon stuff.
