Always enjoyed the Futon Company's products. We have several pieces of bedroom furniture that simply look fantastic.
They are pricier but then you're getting something made of solid wood that will last forever if you take care with it.
Assembly is simple enough. Majority of work is already done before...

Easy to make and a great end product.
Solid frame and good quality cover fabric on this comfy sofa bed.
Clear instructions made this a straightforward job for a small middle aged woman! The hardest part was getting the cover on the mattress!

The assistant in Norwich was very helpful and patient with us. The 2 items ordered arrived on time with no problems. We are very pleased with the furniture.

Always excellent service at the Futon Company. Ordered online and collected at store everything was ready without any fuss. And it was but one get one half price. I’ve shopped there for years in Norwich and I will probably shop there for years to come too.

The two delivery assistants were very helpful and worked well as a team. They had good manners.

There were a few issues with the online order and delivery. These were dealt with by Lisa, store manager at the Edinburgh Lothian road shop.
Lisa gets full credit for turning the situation around and being so polite, lovely and professional in the process. Absolutely full stars.

The two items when looked at in the shop in Tunbridge Wells were excellent quality and so we bought them.
They arrived quite soon, with great communication.
