I wanted to purchase the Parker shoe bench for my son who lives in Bristol. The staff in that store were really helpful with ordering and paying for the item down to keeping it in store until I came to Bristol for my son’s birthday. Thank you all.

Customer service was fabulous. I order my small tables with the understanding they would a wee while. On check on delivery, futon were great and responded quickly and kept me up to date. The tables arrived, were assembled and put in place. What’s not to like. Fantastic

The item I bought came as flat pack which was not what I expected so when I contacted the shop the manager was most helpful and offered to come to my house and put it together for me. He arrived the next evening and kindly sorted everything out very quickly. Would recommend the futon shop to everyone.

It's nice to go into a shop and have a discussion about the things that I am interested in buying and the people in Cambridge are very friendly and helpful. It's easy to make mistakes when buying online.

The company's furniture and items are designed perfectly well and also Futon is a unique store for the beautiful fabric , and I love the colour they use ..

We love the sofa, it was fun putting it together. Good simple clear instructions which were definitely helped by the staff member running through the instructions in store. He highlighted the potential mistakes that may have happened!
