The unit i purchased had some damage to one of the doors. I had a prompt response from Futon and they had a replacement sent out to me shortly after.
The quality isn't the best, but the customer service is top notch.

I bought a robe as a birthday gift. It arrived promptly, giving me plenty of time to send it. The fabric and pattern are lovely and my daughter-in-law absolutely loves it. It is perfect.

Staff at point of sale are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
The quality of the futon is superb.
I love that it is all cotton, a natural fibre.

We went to the Cambridge Futon shop a
nd spotted the small nest of tables with drawers. We came home and ordered it online. The tables arrived and they have been perfect. The look nice and are functional with the drawer storage.
