The staff! They are so helpful and friendly.... but of course the products are so good, its hard to reach a decision. Exeter branch: Brilliant service. Aimee in particular was SO patient with me changing my mind (a few times!). She is a credit to the company. Product wise, such a wide variety of choice and excellent quality.

I visited the store in Plymouth to browse your furniture. The staff were helpful when I asked a question and gave me space to look around on my own. I ordered a piece of furniture and collected it from the store later. I am very pleased with the design and quality of the product.
