We love the sofa, it was fun putting it together. Good simple clear instructions which were definitely helped by the staff member running through the instructions in store. He highlighted the potential mistakes that may have happened!

The shop was busy, which is always a good sign, the staff were helpful and sorted out our requirements. The delivery price was ridiculously low and the item was delivered in good time and good order.

Asher at the Battersea Shop was really helpful. I bought an oak deep picture rail and collected the Admiral folding chair from the store a few days later. Very pleased with both purchases.

Rosie in the Guildford store is brilliant. I first bought a table and chairs from her last year and have returned to the branch to buy other items many times since. The service is always excellent, all the staff very knowledgable and the products are really good value for money.

Went into the store jn Oxford and was served by a very charming store manager . She was patient and friendly explained the different models and fabrics and options.
We ordered online as we couldn’t go back to the store. The range and variety available is great and the furniture is top quality !

Needee a futon mattress and headed to Futon Comoany in Edinburgh and it was very easy to make a choice among the 3 available. The customer service at The Futon Company in Edinburgh has always been fantastic. I was struggling with back pain from an expensive mattress, but after purchasing one of their futons with a firm side, I've noticed a significant improvement. It's been a game-changer for my back health. Highly recommend!
