Buying and collection worked well. The three leg side table was value at £25 but needed the legs to be rubbed down and revarnished. At full price the side table would have been returned.

Futon could keep the furniture in storage until I was ready to receive it. They added an additional piece of furniture over the phone and sent link for payment instantly. The quality of the items delivered were excellent and the instructions to build them were clear. Delivery service was very good....

This is the first time I have used this company to order from and I was pleasently surprised. I was kept informed by email at each stage of my order and on the final email on dispatch I was given the tracking number so I could see where my order was.
