Very neat and attractive little desk, with a nice light wood finish, ideal for a small room. Seemed quite straightforward to assemble, and so far seems pretty sturdy. Pleased with my purchase!

Nicola was helpful, as ever, telling us about various pieces of furniture. We bought an ex-display Hannei (?) open wardrobe which Nicola kindly dismantled and securely packed for us, which made transporting it home much easier.

Really pleased with my smart computer/office chair that doesn't look like an office chair! No wheels but a stylish swivel that allows the seat to move smoothly around. A couple of challenges putting it together but I realised what the diagrams meant and succeeded without any more grief. Couldn't find...

Charley from the Plymouth store was so helpful, she went above and beyond when I purchased a desk off the sales floor, as I wasn’t from the area she packaged it up for me while I arranged a courier. It was being picked up the next day early, and she even came in on her day off going above and beyond...

Products delivered quickly. Always complete and never damaged. Good quality in terms of ease of assembly (correct hole drilling, straight pieces, simple instructions). I’m a bit obsessed with Futon Company’s smaller pieces of furniture! Definitely worth the extra compared to a famous Swedish shop....

It was really easy to order online and arrange collection from my chosen store. Customer service were really helpful and store staff were lovely when I went to collect. A great shopping experience from start to finish.

What I valued most with Futon Company was their customer service. I wanted to schedule a delivery as close as possible to another delivery and they were willing and able to try & accommodate that. The desk is also exactly as expected and good value for money.

Item delivered within timescale. Unfortunately there were chips on some of the parts. Contacted Futon and they replied immediately advising they would send replacement parts. Futon now assembled and very happy with this and customer service
