Advice in shop was very good and staff very friendly.
Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.

From ordering through to assembly the experience was good. We collected a double sofa bed from the Plymouth store. The person managing the store helped us load the 40kg box into our camper. Great experience in the shop, all explained and demonstrated
Delivery was exceptional as had to rearrange but the guys were at our door at 07:30 on delivery day

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.
