I bought a sofa bed and suratto chest of drawers. I had issues with the build of the drawers and raised this with the Norwich shop. They arranged for someone to come and resolve the problems I was having. Excellent customer service.

Bought a few smaller items, wooden hooks, tall mirror and mirrored cabinet. The quality so far seems excellent. I haven’t put up the tall mirror yet but everything else has proven to be very well made.

I bought a small oak table which is perfect for our small house. However, we are both elderly persons and I was worried about assembling and lifting it. Ordered from the shop, quick and easy. Delivery was prompt and goods were well protected and arrived undamaged. Delivery was £12.50. Very reasonable.

Very helpful in the shop and if I had read the instructions properly easy to put together. It is heavy and I would suggest two people but I did it alone and I’m a 67 year old woman 5ft 2 and 9.5stone.

Love my furniture that I bought from the futon shop. I found it a bit of a challenge putting it together but I got help and it was fine????.
