The item I bought came as flat pack which was not what I expected so when I contacted the shop the manager was most helpful and offered to come to my house and put it together for me. This small step stool is a great product . Sturdy and well made . It looks great in my kitchen it can act as a surface to store things on or a sitting stool .

Ordering and delivery of the bed base from the Futon Company was straightforward and efficient. The bedbase itself is exactly what I was looking for- simple design and good quality.

Easy to order. Staff were helpful when picking up item (large box) in the town centre so not always easy to park. Item itself was easy to assemble and looks good so far.
