Online ordering was easy and the products are great quality and stylish. All the items were perfect for what I needed.
I chose to collect rather than deliver as I thought the delivery prices were incredibly high for the items that I was ordering.

The staff in the Guildford branch have always been helpful and welcoming. Particular shout out to Jermaine and Rosie. Ordered two items with their buy 1 get 1 half price offer. Can't wait to receive my new furniture!

I only bought some replacement parts for a Futon, but they were easy to find on the website, easy to order and came quickly. I thought the price, including P&P was reasonable. The Futon is now back in action - with some additional spares, just in case!

I needed a sofa bed that I could get in my cellar and the Futon pagoda was perfect. The sofa was easy to put together but you do need two people. Very happy with how it looks and the sales person in the Muswell Hill shop was very helpful.

I first browsed their Bristol store on Park Street which is one of my favourite shops, and I felt very welcome in there because of the friendly staff. Furniture was well built and reasonably priced. Delivered on time, we had 1 fault with 1 piece of furniture but it was soon remedied with no problem. Would be happy to buy from them again

Excellent delivery service. Called a few days ahead to schedule a convenient time. Delivery drivers were friendly and professional.
Item (futon chair) is good quality and solid. Should last a lifetime.
