The shop was busy, which is always a good sign, the staff were helpful and sorted out our requirements. The delivery price was ridiculously low and the item was delivered in good time and good order.

Very good product that seems strong and comfortable. It was pretty easy to construct, too. Everything arrived on time as expected, and communication from the company was good. Most of all, though, the product (a single futon chair), is nicely designed and comfortable.

The Lofa Sofa futon was delivered very fast and with care. The item is exactly as described, made of very good materials and super practical. Initially a small piece of wood arrived broken. Having phoned the company when we unpacked our purchase they responded immediately. A replacement arrived within 2 days…. Amazing & customer service so helpful.
