I always go to the Oxford store because the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, with all the sofa and bed combo’s it can get quite confusing and they make it much simpler.

Website advises order will take 3-5 days. Once purchased, advised it will be almost a month before delivery. It is for a birthday.
I have rung their contact number 4 times without anyone picking up, and had no responses to emails yet.
Update: They have now made contact and agreed to send out several...

The sofa bed arrived in store, on time and the staff team were very helpful. It fits beautifully into the box room and makes the study into a space for overnight stays.

The two items when looked at in the shop in Tunbridge Wells were excellent quality and so we bought them.
They arrived quite soon, with great communication.
