Initially a small piece of wood arrived broken. Having phoned the company when we unpacked our purchase they responded immediately. A replacement arrived within 2 days…. Amazing & customer service so helpful.

The futon shop was small but well laid out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Information, delivery change of fabric and extras all explained clearly and honestly. Information regarding delivery, collection and packaging, again, useful and over and above details normally given. Delivery to shop on time...

Really helpful staff who took a lot of trouble to go down stairs and find a sample to show me
I was able to make a decision as a direct result of his help and was not what I expected to be choosing when I entered the shop.
Visiting the shop is so much better than ordering directly on line!

I made a shortlist online. I then visited the Muswell Hill branch. The friendly staff helped me decide which wardrobe had the best features for my situation. The advantage to ordering in the store was that the staff would manage the delivery. They let me know when it arrived and my spouse collected it...
