It’s great to be able to see the range of furniture that futon offer in actual shops. Love the simple designs and functionality of the range. Well made. Useful pieces at very affordable prices. The product was exactly as described. The quality was really good and assembly instructions were clear. Only issue was that the top and bottom sections of the cabinet that I had ordered had the incorrect numbering so I had to take apart and re do. Great experience in the shop, all explained and demonstrated
Delivery was exceptional as had to rearrange but the guys were at our door at 07:30 on delivery day

We took delivery of the Rondo Single Seater sofa bed this week- a beautifully made piece of furniture but struggled to put it together- a combination of us not being very practical and instructions that were not very clear. In desperation we ‘phoned the Norwich store and spoke to Patricia and Archie....

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

Great screen , can’t believe it’s a perfect match with one we bought twenty years ago ! We stupidly got rid of the second one when moving house a few years ago , hence had to buy this one !

The service at the futon company was great.
In the delivery process one of the item was missing. When I required about it the staff was so good that they dispatched the item without any problems.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. Shame really as I think I’d have had a house full of their stuff. Still water under the bridge and nice staff now working...
