Very good company to deal with, we bought a small bathroom cabinet and the quality is very high, much better than I was expecting for the price, not your average high street stuff, this is real high end, plus quick delivery. Couldn't have asked for more.

Our furniture is wonderful, but the delivery company here awful.
They delivered at the wrong time, the box was wrecked, the shelving damaged and the driver was very rude.
It will not put us off ordering fabulous furniture from the Futon Company, but another delivery firm would be a good idea.

I bought the ladder dressing table and narrow ladder shelving in matching colours/materials. I received great customer service during the buying process. What I valued most with Futon Company was their customer service. I wanted to schedule a delivery as close as possible to another delivery and they were willing and able to try & accommodate that. The desk is also exactly as expected and good value for money.
