I needed a sofa bed that I could get in my cellar and the Futon pagoda was perfect. The sofa was easy to put together but you do need two people. Very happy with how it looks and the sales person in the Muswell Hill shop was very helpful.

This was my first time in the store and the staff were so helpful and full of smiles. It was Griffyn's first week and what a lovely chap and asset to the store he is. Bought a few smaller items, wooden hooks, tall mirror and mirrored cabinet. The quality so far seems excellent. I haven’t put up the tall mirror yet but everything else has proven to be very well made.

Lots of lovely things to choose from at great prices. It was very straightforward to order a couple of items online to collect from the Leeds store. I think all the staff who work in the Leeds branch deserve a big shout out as every single time I go in they are

Very helpful in the shop and if I had read the instructions properly easy to put together. It is heavy and I would suggest two people but I did it alone and I’m a 67 year old woman 5ft 2 and 9.5stone.

Ordering on the website was very quick and easy and there was an option to collect from store immediately.
The staff in the Leeds shop have always been very helpful and friendly.
