I needed a sofa bed that I could get in my cellar and the Futon pagoda was perfect. The sofa was easy to put together but you do need two people. Very happy with how it looks and the sales person in the Muswell Hill shop was very helpful.

Bought a few smaller items, wooden hooks, tall mirror and mirrored cabinet. The quality so far seems excellent. I haven’t put up the tall mirror yet but everything else has proven to be very well made.

I made a shortlist online. I then visited the Muswell Hill branch. The friendly staff helped me decide which wardrobe had the best features for my situation. The order arrived on time, well packaged. I am very pleased with the bathroom box stand although I use for my hobbies- art work and sewing. It’s sturdy and looks very nice. I’m well pleased with my purchase.

Love this brand. Consistently good quality across the board and at good prices. Recently had a really good experience at the York shop with Hayley. We'd ordered an oak framed mirror which was slightly chipped when it arrived. One quick phone call and a couple of emails later and she'd arranged a replacement...

Once assembled, this is an excellent and comfortable product. Ideal for occasional overnighters ! Lovely to sit on and read in those sleepless nights. We love it!
However, the assembly instructions were not easy to understand nor did there seem to be instructions for turning it into a bed mode or re-erecting....

Very helpful in the shop and if I had read the instructions properly easy to put together. It is heavy and I would suggest two people but I did it alone and I’m a 67 year old woman 5ft 2 and 9.5stone.

Ordering on the website was very quick and easy and there was an option to collect from store immediately.
The staff in the Leeds shop have always been very helpful and friendly.
