Pleasantly surprised at the quality of products purchased as they are for overnight guests so they have somewhere more comfortable to sleep than a blowup bed. The lofa sofa is so comfy and the bed in a bag is perfect for unexpected guests. Very happy that I made the decisio to shop at the futon company.

I have spent god knows how much with the Futon Company over the years. Their items are stylish, sturdy, and of good quality and value. Very comfy futons, worth getting the upgraded versions. Easy to assemble (even 1 person can do it), easy to transform into beds and back to futons. Friendly and knowledgeable staff in Guildford store.

The staff who delivered the futon and assembled it was very efficient and involved me in the process of converting it from sofa to bed ensuring I understood the correct procedure

Lovely staff at Guildford. Rosie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The sofa arrived a little later than advised. Also a little more difficult to assemble than advised.
We got there in the end and would suggest a better drawing.

We love our futon bed which is sturdy and strong. The elm finish looks beautiful.
The customer service we received from Ian was outstanding and he made sure we were happy with every part of the product & delivery.

I have bought two items from Futon; a futon sofa bed and a lamp. I love both of them! The sofa bed looks fabulous, is really comfortable, and fits so well with the rest of my furniture. The staff in both the Plymouth and Guildford branches were so helpful in demonstrating how the sofa went into a bed...
