We enjoyed looking around your beautiful Bristol (Park Street) shop.
The staff were so helpful and friendly (Teresa and the store manger) that we came back for a second and third visit to finally decide and to make our purchase.

Had a problem with Futon, popped into store, sent some Photos replacement authorised very quickly.
Replacement arrived within a few days.
The team at York were brilliant as they always are.

What made my experience great? In a word Catherine! Went to the Kingston store on the 22nd October, she was helpful, kind and professional. Had to check I'd be able to get someone to assemble before buying, she printed out the potential bill then helped me later over the phone ,to pay (elderly technophobe!)...

Items brought were generally good quality. Where there was a slight fault with one item. The store staff were responsive and helpful to resolve the issue.

Sadly I don't think they stock the product anymore.
Easy to assemble. Delivered promptly. As described. Should last a lifetime.
