Store Collection

You will be contacted by the store when your order is ready for collection.

Please bring the card you paid with and the invoice for collection of the item.

Collection time may vary between 1-19 working days. The lead time on click and collect orders vary depending on stock availability and the delivery schedule of your selected store.

24/7 InPost Locker | Pick-Up Points

For many smaller items delivery can be fulfilled using InPost lockers.

Items will normally be delivered to the locker within 3-5 working days.

InPost will send you an email and a text with your collection code. If you have the InPost app, you can track the progress of your parcel, and your collection code will pop up on the app when it’s available at your chosen location.

Orders are held at the collection point for 3 days from the day they arrive before being returned to Futon Company. You will receive SMS reminders from InPost before the parcel is returned.

Delivery

The cost of delivery starts from £3.50, £12.50 or £24 for smaller orders and from £35 for larger orders.

Small and medium deliveries

Those orders that carry a £3.50, £12.50 or £24 delivery charge will be delivered direct to you via APC. Delivery for these items will be within 3-5 working days.

When your order is despatched you will receive an email/text with APC tracking details. You can rearrange the delivery date by contacting APC if needed. A signature will be required.

We can deliver to most of Great Britain, please check your postcode below to see the available delivery options in your area for small/medium parcel deliveries. We are unable to despatch to Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland.

Large deliveries

You will be contacted by the transport company by phone/email within 7 days of placing your order to offer you a delivery date.
