The item arrived on time and was very well packaged.It was generally simple to put together,but some screws did not line up easily.The oak finish is of great quality.

Staff at the Bristol store are so helpful and friendly, both on the phone and in person. The pieces we bought are beautifully designed and well made. I bought the table in the Futon shop and chose delivery rather than carry it as I shopped. Good communication for delivery and a very good table. It is perfect.

Great service in the shop in York. Excellent delivery time with good communication throughout regarding times and delivery date.
The delivery drivers brought the heavy furniture upstairs.
