Needee a futon mattress and headed to Futon Comoany in Edinburgh and it was very easy to make a choice among the 3 available. I was able to make a decision as a direct result of his help and was not what I expected to be choosing when I entered the shop.

I bought a sofa bed and suratto chest of drawers. I had issues with the build of the drawers and raised this with the Norwich shop. They arranged for someone to come and resolve the problems I was having. Excellent customer service.

I needed a sofa bed that I could get in my cellar and the Futon pagoda was perfect. The sofa was easy to put together but you do need two people. Very happy with how it looks and the sales person in the Muswell Hill shop was very helpful.

The furniture is beautifully made, and although it's not as cheap as some others, we feel that we've bought something that will last, and stay attractive.
The staff in the shop were helpful in letting us see exactly what we wanted, including how it opened, and gave us the time we needed to make a decision....

Excellent delivery service. Called a few days ahead to schedule a convenient time. Delivery drivers were friendly and professional.
Item (futon chair) is good quality and solid. Should last a lifetime.
