Great service, unfortunately the product was not for me.
Communication and delivery were both very good. Unfortunately I had to return the side tables, one was slightly damaged & they didn't really fit our space. The return process was quick & easy, the money was back in my account 2 days after it was picked up.

Futon Company was great. The staff in the shop were helpful and informative without being pushy. After ordering, they explained exactly what would happen on delivery. Everything went so smoothly and the flat pack couch instructions were easy to follow.

Absolutely love the stacking paper trays I ordered. Such a good price for well designed, quality products. They arrived within a few days and were really well packaged.
