The sofa bed arrived in store, on time and the staff team were very helpful. It fits beautifully into the box room and makes the study into a space for overnight stays.

Always excellent service at the Futon Company. Ordered online and collected at store everything was ready without any fuss. And it was but one get one half price. I’ve shopped there for years in Norwich and I will probably shop there for years to come too.

Advice in shop was very good and staff very friendly.
Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.

Delivery was exceptional as had to rearrange but the guys were at our door at 07:30 on delivery day

Great customer service at the Sheffield store and online, delivery communication also very good. The bed is really nice and looks fab in the space. We added the long bolster, which looks great, but bought in store so we could see the colours better.

Excellent , knowledgeable and friendly service at the Bristol shop. Lovely two seater sofa which easily converts into single bed. Very comfortable!
To put it together though was a nightmare….

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

Great screen , can’t believe it’s a perfect match with one we bought twenty years ago ! We stupidly got rid of the second one when moving house a few years ago , hence had to buy this one !

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.
