Bookcase is the perfect size. Smart. Easy to assemble. Excellent delivery times. Not the first time we’ve used the Futon Company. It really dues what it does so well, subtle variations on key items.

I was in Edinburgh on Monday getting few small bits. The store was very beautiful and well stocked up of wonderful ideas.

Beautiful furniture, superbly made. They combine functional and beautiful brilliantly. Their space saving pieces are ingenious, and even their larger ones, such as drop leaf dining tables, are fantastic. Very reasonably priced too.

Your lovely, charming and knowledgeable shop person made our purchase of a new futon mattress easy…. she even let us take material swatches home to check colours for our futon cover. Very helpful in the shop and if I had read the instructions properly easy to put together. It is heavy and I would suggest two people but I did it alone and I’m a 67 year old woman 5ft 2 and 9.5stone.

Bed side table came with missing parts. Contact with customer service was excellent very swift to respond Cambridge store have been great with taking over. Part have been sent out swiftly. Great service. Very happy with the with the product and my experience with customer service and the store.

Love my furniture that I bought from the futon shop. I found it a bit of a challenge putting it together but I got help and it was fine????.
I found our local futon shop a delightful place to shop and the staff were really helpful and courteous .

Great quality product (2 Seater Sofa Bed) and exactly what we wanted having researched alternatives.
