Best decision we made for a mattress. The support was right for us. We needed orthopedic support and have tried a few that did not live up to the promise. After using the futon mattress, the shoulder pain went away immediately and have not returned yet.

I'm so pleased Solihull got a Futon shop again after so many years since it closed.
I much prefer to shop in store for these items.

We went to the Sheffield branch so we could try the sofas before purchasing. Vivienne was very helpful and informed us if all the information we needed. We went home and made our order. Delivery was great apart from being very early. We were still in bed. I think it would have been good to get a call...

Great furniture and reasonable prices. Helpful to be able to go into their shop in Norwich to view some items before purchasing.
Coul be improved by agreeing a date and time slot with delivery company they use.

The item arrived on time and was very well packaged.It was generally simple to put together,but some screws did not line up easily.The oak finish is of great quality.
Lovely table to sit with laptop or do art with small easel.

So impressed with the customer service at the Leeds branch when I visited my son at Uni recently that I called the store to place my online order when I returned home. A young guy there was very helpful with measurements and product details. Thank you Leeds!

I am happy of the quality of the double Futon bed, and managed to assemble it on my own.
Delivery was on schedule. The driver and assistant kindly carried the bed components to a first floor room. They were polite and helpful.
Very pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I bought the table in the Futon shop and chose delivery rather than carry it as I shopped. Good communication for delivery and a very good table. It is perfect.
