We went to the Sheffield branch so we could try the sofas before purchasing. Vivienne was very helpful and informed us if all the information we needed. We went home and made our order. The item arrived on time and was very well packaged.It was generally simple to put together,but some screws did not line up easily.The oak finish is of great quality.

Staff at the Bristol store are so helpful and friendly, both on the phone and in person. The pieces we bought are beautifully designed and well made. Always enjoyed the Futon Company's products. We have several pieces of bedroom furniture that simply look fantastic.
They are pricier but then you're getting something made of solid wood that will last forever if you take care with it.
Assembly is simple enough. Majority of work is already done before...
