The item arrived from the warehouse, with a broken part. I phoned my local store and as,they had an unopened one in stock, we exchanged the part. This saved the hassle of posting the whole piece of furniture back and meant I didn’t have to wait for a replacement.

We went to the Sheffield branch so we could try the sofas before purchasing. Vivienne was very helpful and informed us if all the information we needed. We went home and made our order. Great service in the shop in York. Excellent delivery time with good communication throughout regarding times and delivery date.

Table arrived, delivery great. Only noticed scratch on table top post-assembly. Company really helpful - arranged replacement table top straight away. Really responsive and great customer service. Product looks spot on! Very happy.

Shop staff (Sheffield store) were really helpful in guiding me through the options available. But it took me ages to wrangle the futon into its cover on my own, possibly easier if there are two of you!
