Items ordered were delivered to store for collection on time and the items were easy to build and looked great and exactly as online! Very happy with the purchase they look stunning as narrow bed side tables to fit a small gap which is very hard to find

Initially a small piece of wood arrived broken. Having phoned the company when we unpacked our purchase they responded immediately. A replacement arrived within 2 days…. Amazing & customer service so helpful.

Needee a futon mattress and headed to Futon Comoany in Edinburgh and it was very easy to make a choice among the 3 available. I bought a sofa bed and suratto chest of drawers. I had issues with the build of the drawers and raised this with the Norwich shop. They arranged for someone to come and resolve the problems I was having. Excellent customer service.
