We went to the Sheffield branch so we could try the sofas before purchasing. Vivienne was very helpful and informed us if all the information we needed. We went home and made our order. I am happy of the quality of the double Futon bed, and managed to assemble it on my own.
Delivery was on schedule. The driver and assistant kindly carried the bed components to a first floor room. They were polite and helpful.
Very pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
